1. Order with Alibaba Agent. Choose the products that you want to buy at Alibaba.com, and order with us.

Register an Account
Go to www.alibabaagent.com and register a new account. Simply supply the required fields to complete the enrollment process. After successful registration, you will be directed to your Account Dashboard.
Update your Profile Information
Update your profile, e.g. First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Shipping Address. All your personal information are kept safe in our database with restricted access to authorized personnel only in-charge of our database administration.
- Click New Order on top menu to initiate the order process. You will then see the order form.
- Copy the product links from Alibaba.com and paste them in the fields provided in our order form. Specify the quantity, size, and color. Write notes for additional details, instructions, or special requests.
- You may add your chosen shipping method and payment method, or decide later. Then, submit your order.
- You will then see the summary of your order with assigned reference number. You can also upload product photo.
Send us your Order in Excel or other file format
Another way for you to provide your order information is by uploading a file in jpg, gif, png, bmp, pdf, doc, docx, xls, or xlsx format. Here’s how:
- Click New Order from top menu, fill up the form, click Submit.
- In your Order Page, scroll down to see the Upload File section.
- Choose the file to upload.
- Once file is attached, click Submit.
View all your orders in My Orders tab (at top menu). Select the specific order number you wish to view to check order updates and comments from our Customer Service Team and Purchasing Team.
2. First Billing. Once we receive your order, we will then update you with your First Bill (Product Cost + 5% Service Fee) within 3 to 6 hours.
3. We Purchase your Orders. Upon receipt of your payment, we buy your orders within the day. It takes 3 to 5 working days for your order to arrive in our Warehouse in China, depending upon how soon the seller dispatches the order, and its location.
4. Inspection, Consolidation. When your stocks arrive in our processing center, we then inspect each item to ensure it is in good condition and it conforms to your specifications. We can remove unnecessary packaging like shoe boxes and repack the product. If you have multiple orders with us, we can combine them into one box/package/cargo so you can save in shipping fee.
5. Second Billing. When your order is ready, we will then send you the final billing (Product Cost + Service Fee + Local Shipping Fee + International Shipping Fee + Other Charges – First Payment).
6. We Ship your Order. Once payment is complete, we then ship your order as soon as possible. We will provide you all the necessary shipping details and tracking number to follow your shipment. It takes 3 to 45 days, depending upon your chosen shipping method (Air Express, Air Freight, Sea Freight), location, and shipping company, for your order to arrive in your address. Air Express takes 3 to 7 working days to arrive in your designated address.
